FINAL PROJECT

For my final project, I wanted to play with the idea of making a useable everyday object completely unusable. In the ceramics culture, items that are meant for people to use for food and drink, etc. should remain "food safe". Meret Oppenheim has started this conversation of what is the bounds of every day objects. With her piece, "Le Dejeuener en Fourrure" (Breakfast in Fur) she makes a useable tea cup set unusable for it's exact purpose by adding fur to the items. So I decided to push this idea to a more modern sense with items like a coffee cup to a re-usable snack bag. To do this I used Adobe Dimension which is fairly easy to use.

Using Adobe Dimension for the first time.

A leather coffee cup with a ice lid.

A wooden re-useable baggie.

A bowl made out of beer and a t-shirt made out of ceramic material.
